This was my first "Workshop" during the camp. Twice a week each teacher gives a 2 hour workshop (4-6pm) on some hobby, topic or craft that interests them. My workshop (which still needs a lot of work!) looked at Dr. Martin Luther's King, Jr's life and "I have a dream" speech as well as Rick Warren's "Purpose Driven Life" to get students to come up with their own plans/dreams to change the world.

That sounds like an interesting topic Andrew. How did the students like it?
Not sure...but I do believe I need to make some adjustments for each class depending on their level. One report they gave their weekly teacher (in their journals) was that the workshop was "difficult". The CNN interview with Rick Warren was quite hard for them and I really should have played it twice...
