This has to be one of my favorite songs these days! (From a CD given to me by Carrie. Thanks, Carrie!)
Very awesome and powerful song! I love it too when we sing it in church, you just can't do anything but worship!
I love this song as it's a direct reference to Job when he found out his sons and daughters were killed in Job 1:21-22,
"At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship and said: "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked I will depart. The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away; may the name of the LORD be praised." In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with wrongdoing."
God really ministered to me through this song after Dad passed away. I can't help but weep and worship before God whenever I hear this BEAUTIFUL song!
i also love the song it makes me think of my phrase create peace so you will see gods light
Glad to hear the love the song too, Gena!
I hope you are listening to a lot of praise music! God bless!
