What are these? Just things to attach to the phone? Are they key chains? Over here in Canada this is not a common thing I don't think. But, I am not a cell phone carrier so maybe I just don't notice.
Yes, Char. Just things to attach to cell-phones. They are often given to friends or girl/boyfriends as a sign of friendhsip. It's a pretty big thing here!
