One of my favorite dishes here in Korea (though it's Chinese food!) is "Goon-mandu" (Fried mandu, or fried "dimsum" as they call it in China). Dumplings, I guess you'd call them with meat and assorted stuff inside. Delicious and cheap too! ("Handong snackbar")
