We All Have Something in Common?!

The warm-up spiritual question for today's classes was:
What do all people (who have ever lived) have in common?
Some of my clever students answers:
All people...
-have a mind.
-need to go to the toilet! (That's true!)
-have free will.
-are made in the image of God. (Amen! Genesis 1:27)
-have a name.
-need to work.
-have organs.
-have a plan which God has made for them.
-have feelings.
-are sinners.
-have a past.
-have a religous mind.
-think about their experiences.
-want to be happy.
-get older as time goes by.
-have their own thoughts and conversation tools.
-love children.
-have a body, mind and spirit.
-are sociable in some way with others.
-have to sleep.
-don't want to die.
-want to be loved by someone.
-have scars in their minds.
-have their own will and purpose.
-have a fear to die.
-were born to make a relationship with God.

I always love seeing what's "rattling around in my students' minds"!
After they wrote their answers on the board, we looked at the following verse:

Of course, like I reminded my students, there was ONE man who was without sin... "Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don't you believe me?" (Jesus in John 8:46) "...who was tempted in every way (speaking of Jesus), just as we are-yet was without sin." (Hebrews 4:15) "How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!" (Hebrews 9:14) "
