Actually, James teaches undergraduate law courses(and is not really a part of the graduate school known as HILS). That is, unless the "HILS" designation now includes undergrad courses.
Actually, HILS officially took over the UIL (Undergraduate International Law School) in December of 2005 and so, yes, "HILS" now includes undergrad courses.
