In Itaewon, I spotted a 2nd "year 2000 Best Toilet winner"!! Was 2000 a year that Seoul toilet cleaners worked harder than ever or have I only happened to bump into winners from that year?! I will not be able to sleep until I am able to answer such a lofty question! More to come...
