Sunlin Hospital: Class 8 of 10

Friday was yet another nice time with fellow believers discussing all things related to the kingdom of God. Tonight we started by discussing "How many natures the Christian has" and "How many natures non-Christians have". We went on to share our testimonies of how our lives have been changed by Christ. The night's main focus was THE FOUR SPIRITUAL LAWS and how to share that authentically with non-Christians. May God continue to bless the work of Sunlin Hospital and the servant-hearted doctors/nurses that seek His glory!!!

an important verse to consider!!!

Ambassadors of Christ - How does your conduct / conversation / character reflect the beauty of Him who sent you?!

"THE ABUNDANT LIFE": A great book for new believers. (or any believer actually!) It is really good for second language learners who are also believers wanting to know more about the Bible.
Both of the people shown in the drawings below are believers. One of the pictures shows how the OLD NATURE acts. The other picture shows how the NEW NATURE acts. In the space below each drawing, write the name of the nature which is being shown.

The waters are full but fishermen are few...
"There is a vast difference between the Christianity of the first century and the [Christianity of today]. To us, Christianity is all too often a code of ethics, a philosophy of life, a standard of performance, but to those first-century Christians, it was a new quality of life altogether, and they did not hesitate to describe this as Christ living in them. Perhaps if we believed what they believed, we could achieve what they achieved. (J.B. Phillips in the introduction of his book, "The New Testament Epistles")
Napoleon Bonaparte, the famous French general, said during his exile, "I know men; and I tell you that Jesus Christ is no mere man. Between him and every other person in the world, there is no possible term of comparison. Alexander, Caesar, Charlemagne, and I have founded empires. But on what did we rest the creations of our genius? Upon force. Jesus Christ founded his empire upon love; and at this hour millions of men would die for him."
