
It's hard to explain the taste of "
o-dang"; a crushed and mushed fish sausage served on a stick that is boiled in hot water. They have these "
o-dang" vendors EVERYWHERE in Korea! Notice the "
o-dang ajuma" hard at work, separating the
cooked-o-dang from the
not yet cooked o-dang, as I hold up my delicious snack to enjoy!
