Final Pictures of HGU's "Good Samaritan Project 2005"

The kids of YangDong Elementary School leaving a lasting impression as they bus off into the sunset...

Can't you guys be serious for a moment?! :-)

"Strike a pose!"

The student volunteers in front of the "Handong Missions Board". Can you guess the quote they are partially blocking?

The whole gang at the closing day group photo!

The teachers of Yang-Dong Elementary school (on the left) and staff from Handong University (on the right). We at Handong held hands as a symbol of our being united in Christ.

The always animated Harada reacts to the thunderous applause from students for his teaching!

It's only after seeing pictures that others take of me that I realize just how goofy I can look sometimes...

"And the godliest woman at Handong is...."

Kim Young Gil thanking everyone during the closing speech.

Our charming university president, Kim Young Gil, congratulating one of our Saturday students and presenting her with a completion certificate.

"Jew!!", "Jew!!" Don't get the wrong idea...Harada is just teaching the kids to say "ten" in Japanese!!!

Aren't these the cutest kids you ever did see?!

Harada doing his best "Hulk Hogan impersonation" as he teaches the kiddies Japanese!

Boys will be boys!

If only learning were a joy to all...

Shin-Sue!! A volunteer and one of my wonderful composition students!

We always try to encourage children to just go ahead and express how they feel!

Christine Yang using her extraordinary drawing skills to get her message across to the kids.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah....when's lunch!"

"You turn things upside down, as if the potter were thought to be like the clay! Shall what is formed say to him who formed it, "He did not make me"? Can the pot say of the potter, "He knows nothing"? (Isaiah 29:16)

"Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for noble purposes and some for common use?" (Romans 9:21)

"O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter does?" declares the LORD. "Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in my hand, O house of Israel." (Jeremiah 18:6)

The kids did not learn only English during the Saturday projects but many other things as well such as pottery.

"What is this dude thinking?! I KNOW my ABCs!!!"

May the friendships these girls have made during our English program last a lifetime!

You're looking at the future of Korea!

The kids get a lesson on life from one of our volunteer Handong students at "Vision Square".

Practice makes perfect!

The Doctrine of God - Anthropological Argument for the Existence of God

"Which show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)" (Romans 2:15)

The existence of man as a moral and intellectual being is an argument for the existence of a moral and intellectual being called God. This is true because man was created in the image and likeness of God (Gen. 1:26), and even after the Fall he has the law of God written in his heart.
Illustration: When people follow God, they often follow the God they see in the lives of others. Paul taught the Corinthians to follow him as he followed the Lord (1 Cor. 11:1).
Application: So today, Christians ought to be careful to reflect the character of God in their lives and not become a stumbling block to the gospel.
