There's nothing like being in a foreign city (Pusan, in this case!) and hearing someone shout out your name ("Andy!") in a very familiar tone. Surprise! surprise! It was Jihae (on the right) with her sister, Gunyeon, who were also attending SuYoungRo Church in Pusan on Sunday. Jihae was one of my prize pronunciation clinic students. I'll never forget when she got me an Apec Summit keychain while she was a volunteer there last November. Nice chatting with you, Ji-Hae. God bless you as you take time off from school and may God bless you and protect you while in China!

The DLE officially joins the Department of General Studies (GS)

Last Thursday, we had a party in the 1st floor academic lounge. The professors of GS held a "welcoming party" for members of the DLE. It was a great time of good food and even better fellowship!
