"RateLimitingException"?!

I suppose it was just a matter of time before my lack of computer know-how would catch up with me...I just got the following message as I tried to post a picture:
"Error: com.google.blogger.exceptions.RateLimitingException: For anti-spam verification purposes, please login to Blogger.com and create a post on your blog. You will need to solve a CAPTCHA."
Does that mean I have posted too many pictures?
What is a Captcha and why should I solve it?
Is that like Russian for a crossword puzzle or something?! ha!ha!

This area has been a market district from the beginning of the Joseon Dynasty. The market extends into the streets, crowded with many vendors selling fruits, fish, dried fish, silks, cotton goods, handcrafts, and inlaid lacquerware. In the alleys there are stores that sell comic books, jeans, army uniforms, mountain climbing gear. There are places to eat throughout the market and it's famous for fabric shops, clothes, curtains, and cushions. Goods are priced from 30-40% lower than anywhere else.

"Ohh! I LOVE turtles!" Most Canadians would think we were being offered chocolates or possibly ownership of a pet if we were asked "Would you like a turtle?" but not so here...Nothing like ordering some turtles to cook up! Yummy! "One man's pet is another man's delicacy"

You can find just about anything at NamDaeMoon market. (including knock off Mickey bags. But I'm confused...Don't those "X"s mean that either Mickey is dead or had too much moonshine?!)

This cute sign says "If you step on the grass this time, it won't be here the next time you visit!" The passed out dude in the background seems to care less...

"On guard" - I'm not sure how often these actors reenact "the changing of the guard ceremony" in Shilla dynasty attire but we were fortunate enough to be able to watch it last Saturday. Pretty interesting!

Ancient & Modern - Large scale, multi shops surround this ancient gate making the nights more flamboyant and lively than days in this area.

Nam-Dae-Moon from different angles. (Nam means "South" & Dae-Moon means "Gate" (literally-"big door") Therefore, this is referred to as South Gate in English.
