Canadian Soldiers Sent to Assist U.S.

Rolled into Seoul at 3:40am. We left at midnight so that makes it the fastest trip I've ever made the 367.3 kms. Part of the reason is due to the fact that the driver didn't stop for a 15 minute break at a rest area (which I believe is express bus policy...)

Opening my email account in the "PC bang", I noticed an interesting email from my good friend, Geoff, who I met at College Militaire Royale de Saint Jean.
His email read,
"I am on my way to the ravaged Gulf of Mexico to offer humanitarian assistance to those displaced by Hurricane Katrina."

Geoff was just appointed Operations Officer of the ship "HMCS Montreal" at the beginning of August. ("HMCS" stands for "Her/His Majesty's Canadian Ship")

Their website reads,
"Security Note: In the interest of privacy and security, the full names of personnel in the crew will be limited to the Command Team. Throughout the site, last names will be limited to a single letter."
Obviously if security prevents them from expressing too much, then I too shall have to limit what I write.
In short, I pray that God will bless him and his men aboard HMCS Montreal abundantly as they reach out to help those who so desperately need it!
