The Beauty in the Writing of My Students

“Today I played soccer early in the morning-6:00am. I think it’s very good idea that we have pray at the start and end of game. It prevented our anger, desire to victory. We are so delighted together. God gaves power to us.”

“In Wednesday, I have no class, because chapel service is not a class, I think. I went to chapel and pray to God for Handong Global University. I’d love to praise God with all my heart. He will make a way in my life. I will follow him everywhere. After chapel, our team had a team meeting. I picked up this week’s my TCC (Team Campus Couple) partner, it was a pretty girl. I was happy, God blessed me on my hand! Boys be envious. Hallelujah!”

“Today was very beautiful weather. It was sunny but not too hot because of breeze. I had a meeting with my TCC partner. We talked about our lives at the café and went out to go to Chenmaji. Chenmaji is a beautiful lake in Handong. We walked around that place for an hour. I love God who gaves me beautiful weather. It was a very good time. I’m sorry that I can’t explain all of my heart in English. We became more closer than before. Thank you God.”

“Time flies! Nowadays, I think time is so fast than before. When I was in military service, I felt that time was too slow because that time was boring. After I came back to school, time flowed half of semester. Time is gold. No, more precious than gold. We can not buy it any amount of money. There is no time to waste. I should run toward to God. I have to study hard for glory of God. He must help me. Amen.”

“Every time is good weather in Saturday. I’m sitting at library and writing diary now. I want to go out and enjoy this weather with my lover. It is a sad story that no girl friend to me. I read a bible and it made me comfortable. Yes, I have to study hard for Jesus. It is not for me and it is the reason that why I live. If I want to his kingdom firstly, he will gives to me everything. He knows what I need. Let’s go with his spirit! “God will make a way where there seems to be no way!”

“When I studied in the library, my phone was rang. It was my friend and he said to me having a lunch with him. “OK”, I said “see you then”, we made a appointment. I had a lunch with him and we had a good time. He told a story about girl’s thinking way. He is more intelligent than me about that topic. It was very interesting, I realized many facts. Until now, I thought only man’s side, but I can think the other way, that is woman’s, from now on. I can understand woman’s situations more than before. God made man & woman differently. It is amazing. I hope that I will know about Jesus more & more.”

“Today is Children’s Day. It isn’t exist in America, but Korea it is. In this day, every Korean children become a king. Parents give some pleasant to their children which is what they want. This is none of my business any more, because I am not children. However, mother calls to me at afternoon, and question “Why are you want to now for present?” Maybe I’m looks like a child in her sight. I think all of us looks like a child in Jesus’ sight. So we should be a child in his arms. We should be humble, be honest like children.”

“Today in the Parents’ Day. Many people give a gift to their parents. The gift is usually flower. I thought about the gift because I like unusual thing. I decided to sang a song to them. I sang on the line with played guitar. The title was “Blessing Song”. I sang twice, one time to my mother, and the other was to my father. They are very delighted with my song, and I was delighted, too. I want to be a person that make God delight. It is my hope!”

“The festival is over. It was interesting. I went to a concert, the band name was “Inspiration”. The band is consisted with Handong’s graduates, who are have great skills to praise God. I like them, because they are the regend of Handong. Handong could be sustained with their prayer. Inspirations’s songs contain the meditation of God and Handong, it gives challenge to me. They graduated this school and went out to the world. They try to change the world, it looks very nice. I decide to pray for them. God will give power to them. The world will be changed by Handong!”

“Nowadays, I mediate about victory. What is the victory? When we conflict each other, if I yield to him it is the victory. What is the victory against the Satan. It is trust in the Lord. I fight everyday with Satan, my weapon? It is the bible that is, God’s powerful words. When I fell down deep hole, God saves me with his love. He’s love is so beautiful, he was died for my sin. We should to follow him, Jesus Christ is our leader. Then he give to us his victory. We can trust him; the faithful God! Jesus is alive? We didn’t see that but believe. Jesus won against the death!”

“I went to Busan, because the Mechanical Expo at there. There are so many automatic machines, robots. It’s interesting. It was very good chance to study them. My major is Mechanics Engineering, and I want to use this skills to change the world. I will study at Japan after graduate this school. This is my vision in the Lord; it’s very hard way. If I want to change this world, it’s impossible by my mind & power. Jesus Christ decided this plan, already, and it is OK just follow him. There are so many Satan’s interrupt. I can see this way only by eyes of faith, because this plan is not for myself but Jesus Christ. I love Jesus from all my heart.”

“I went to first chapel service. I felt love of God at that time. I know He loves me but this time is different from before. God wants to me that I should love Him all my heart. I lay down all of my problem in His arm. Now, the most important thing is loving Jesus. It is only way that I have to live. He will keep my mind and lead me to good place. I’m not be shaken. The final exam term has come. I’ll do my best for Jesus not for my grade. Maker of heaven and earth.”

“Today is a holyday. Many people died for our country about 50 years ago. We thanks to them and made a holyday for their soul. However, we don’t think about their sacrifice and just enjoy this day. It is not good. Jesus Christ died for our sins about 2,000 years ago. He is God who made heaven and earth. I cannot understand why He died for me. Moreover, we have gone astray like a sheep. It is not good. We should think about Jesus every moment, but it is very hard, I know. Jesus Christ will come again, we should prepare that day; it is end of the earth. “Those controlled by sinful nature cannot please God.” (Roman 8:8)
